Products and/or services selected for these additional messages are fully tested prior to offering them to you. |
| How do I earn credits? |
| Every time you surf using your browser,and wait at least 10 seconds before leaving the page, you are earning credits. Furthermore, you will earn credits whenever the members in your downline surf Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Also, after the 10 second waiting period (which ensures people actually view member's sites), you have the ability to continue surfing for credits by clicking a "click next" link or the appropriate number or color code of our anti-cheat device on the surf bar. You may surf for credits as long as you wish. |
| Explain |
| Credits relate to the number of times you view other member's pages or your own webpages are viewed. Every time you surf for hits and wait at least 10 seconds (or a downline member does) our system validates a series of credits which correspond to our current ratio. For example, a 2 to 1 ratio means that you would have to view 2 webpages to receive 1 credit. This translates into 0.5 credits for each page view (for officer level members). In addition you receive credits from your downlines activity. When your webpage is viewed by another member one credit is deducted from your account. |
| How come I never see my webpage? |
| You do not want to waste credits looking at your own site do you? You will never see your own site, but rest assured 1000's of other members will. (If you surf for credits regularly). |
| How do I set my browser's Start Page? |
| At Traffic-Exchange-Business.com, you must login to your account to begin surfing. |
| Where do I find my referral URL? |
| Your referral link is included in your welcome email, and also in your members area. |
| What happens if I run out of credits? |
| Once you run out of credits your page is no longer displayed. You can either start to earn more credits, or you can purchase credits directly from Traffic-Exchange-Business.com at very affordable prices. |
| May I advertise more than one site at a time? |
| Yes. You may enter multiple URLs at signup or add and delete URLs later in your members area. Each site you enter will be manually checked for compliance with the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com Terms of Service. If your site(s) violates the terms it(they) will be placed on hold and you will be given 7 days to correct the violation. You will be sent a "failure to validate" warning e-mail. After 7 days,if the site does not validate, the site and your account will be deleted. |
| Why are some domains not allowed to be used in the system? |
| Various domains are set up to break out of frames when viewed. Some email domains do not receive email properly. If a domain causes a violation of our Terms Of Use, it has been added to our banned Domains list. |
| Will you send me the email addresses of my referred members? |
| NO. Your privacy is important to us. We will not give anyone's email address to anyone! |
| Why was my web site name rejected? |
| Your website name should not contain any spaces or special characters, otherwise an error message will be displayed. |
| When will my account be re-instated from suspension? |
| Members who have answered 8 security questions incorrectly are automatically suspended for 14 days, regardless of their account level. This process is automatic. Please do not submit a contact request to reinstate your account. NOTE: Security questions are in place to provide a more secure exchange for the entire membership. Please pay close attention to these questions as they change periodically. |
| Should I report broken member links while surfing? |
| NO! Please do not report broken member links. It is not unusual for a web site to go off line occasionally. It is the responsibility of each member to make sure their web sites are online and operational and maintain the URLs they add to our system. |
| Do I receive surf credit for broken pages? |
| YES! Wait for the timer to count down then click through to the next member's website. You receive full credit regardless of the functionality of any third party website. |
| What size banner is accepted? |
| A standard 468x60 banner. The target URL for your banner MUST go to an actual web site. If your banner does not link correctly, it will be deleted. |

| When can I request a cash out? |
| If you are a Officer level or Vice-President level member you can cash-out when your balance reaches $15.00, if you are a President or CEO level member you can cash-out when your account balance reaches $10.00. |
| May I use the cash in my account to upgrade ? |
| Yes. If your cash balance matches or exceeds the amount of the upgrade, simply make your request using our "Contact Us" link.

| May I use my stored page credits for an upgrade? |
| Yes. Here are the rules. You must have at least 50% of your surfing credits auto-assigned on each site you list (unverified, hold, or rotating). You may request a monthly upgrade to Vice-President at a cost of 750 credits. All higher levels require a cash payment.
To renew your "Vice-President" upgrade with credits, it will cost you 1200 credits. You may do this for an unlimited number of months.
